Returns Policy

Because of the custom nature of embroidery, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a clear manufactures or decoration defect.
All request must be made within 30 days.
Please send us an email or phone us with the following information: your name, invoice number, the item to be returned, and the reason for requesting the return.
We will review your request and if warranted make arrangements to ship item back if applicable. We do not accept COD items.
You will be notified by email once the return has been received and inspected. If refund is needed your credit card will be credited or if paid by check, we will issue a check for your refund.
